They were fast, but ultimately ineffective.
Had a dry cough for eight days it was driving me crazy. The doctor told me my lungs sounded clear and wrote me a prescription for some cough medicine he flat out told me wasn’t very effective. He told me if I wanted stronger medicine I have to go to my primary.
My 1st time ever doing urgent care & AtlantiCare were Excellent ....from the receptionist ,nurse and doctor I will come again n referral to others...Thanks....
Next day I went to patient first in Willingboro the next day and my cough disappeared within 15 minutes of filling the script they gave me, allowing me to get back to work.
If I hadn’t hit my deductible for the year and I had to pay the full cost of this visit I would have become quite irritated, but my deductible was met so they just wasted my time and a few bucks.
The doctor on duty doesn’t see children. I’m welcome to drive to Mt. Laurel....how about employing a decent General Practitioner. I thought the idea was to reduce non emergency pt in ERs.
