Refused to see me without an appointment. I asked if there were any available in the evening. So they suggested one at noon and one at 9am (because that makes sense) and then said I should just go to urgent care. I said okay, where is there an urgent care around here, and they said “there’s like a bunch around” until I asked again and they finally told me where one was. I don’t deserve attitude when I’m being polite as can be, and I should be able to walk in to my doctors office when I’m hacking up a lung and be able to be seen. Honestly I’m done with this office. I’m going to start looking elsewhere.
The point of an “express” urgent care is to be in and out in a reasonable amount of time. This place is the exact opposite. DON’T GO HERE unless you have at least 3 hours to wait to be seen. Might as well sit in a real emergency department and receive better care for the long wait.
I have taken my daughter there twice. Received excellent services both times. This included xrays and more. Great one stop experience.
I’ve been here 2x and both times I’ve waited just about 2 hours just in the waiting room. Both times they’ve called in people that have gotten there way after me. I don’t think they’re really empathetic there whatsoever. There is no need ever to wait 2 hours in the waiting room of an urgent care.. the ER would’ve been faster. Never returning
What’s the point of having an appointment if it means absolutely nothing!?!? I had an appointment for 10:30. I arrived at 10:20 and wasn’t finished with the check in process until 11:05. This was a complete waste of my time. Next time I will be visiting your competition Atlantic Care within walking distance
