Historic factory and village are on site.

Many signs are on the trail, explaining all the points of interest.

Historic site filled with family friendly activities. My family and I always have have a great time there at the various activities. Be sure to check out the underground railroad museum there!

Many events happen throughout the year.

Family and dog friendly.

Great hiking trails. Wildlife is prominent.

The tour of the Smithville Park Mansion area was really nice! My children and I enjoyed learning about the history of the Smiths and the town. Great stuff and great and welcoming staff as well. Mr. Scrooge was an excellent tour guide. 5-STARS!!

The place is beautiful. However, the committee that ran the Christmas party this year were very rude and disrespectful to people walking through that area of the park. There are plenty of places in the area to donate money too, and this is no longer is an option for our family. There are more deserving and respectful people/places that can use the contributions.

A lake and the Rancocas Creek flows along side of the dam and along the park . Several canoe launches are along the creek.

This place is rather fantastic! An historic village with visitable and not-visitable buildings, large parking area for events, a ravine trail, sports fields, walking paths (wide enough for XCountry skiing and snowshoeing, plenty more trails in Smith's Woods and one trail, partial loop approximately 2.5 miles total walking (once you leave your car). The pond is an open expanse with floating docks and benches at multiple locations and a large floating dock crossing the length of the pond from Smithville Village to the Smith Woods trails. Take your dog, your kids (there is a playground with nice, clean and safe elements) a stroller (not fully accesible) and your camera.

Beautiful year round.

A great place to picnic.
